Emily Nolfo, MD, attended SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, NY, and received his medical degree in 1987. Then, she served her internship and internal medicine residency at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center/UConn Health in Hartford, CT (1987-1990). In addition, Dr. Nolfo received board certification in internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine. She remains an active member of the American College of Physicians. Moreover, she serves on the Executive Board of the Connecticut State and New Haven County Medical Societies. Prior to medical school, Dr. Nolfo received a BA degree in Russian Studies from Princeton University. She feels that her success is attributable primarily to “a kinship with her patients and remains endlessly dedicated to the practice of medicine as a means to strengthen wellness and quality of life”.
